Joining Sunday Service?

We’re so glad you’re here! What to expect:

We begin at 10 am, though most people arrive a bit earlier to enjoy homemade treats and hot coffee while sharing warm conversation with friends, both old and new! In opening each service, you’ll see eager young volunteers ring our church bell for everyone in the community to hear. Once the chimes have faded, together we recite the Lord’s Prayer, celebrate any birthdays that occurred during the week, and read a short excerpt from Scripture. Our worship leader, John Wolfe, passionately guides us through two songs out of his selection of beloved and contemporary hymnals. Next, we participate in weekly communion and pass around an offering plate for those who wish to give. Pastor Patti then thoughtfully receives requests from the congregation and prepares an intentional, heartfelt prayer. After singing two more songs together, the day’s sermon begins.

This time really allows us to get to know our neighbors better and to collectively hear a short lesson of encouragement and challenge as we head into the coming week. We gladly welcome you with open arms to join our warm, caring community of believers who love gathering together for worship and who genuinely look out for and support one another.
